Managed Companies (Agency Mode)

The Infinite∞Ad system was designed to make life easier for marketing practitioners and agencies as well. You can manage the ad accounts of multiple different organizations (clients) with a single user account (login), without having to constantly log in and out.

This requires the Infinite∞Ad customer support team to set up the partnership between the two accounts. Contact customer support to activate access.

Switching Between Clients​

On the Managed Companies page, you see a list of all organizations you have access to with your logged-in email address.

  1. The list: Shows the company names, billing identifiers, and the original owner's name/email address. You can freely filter the list.
  2. Context switch: If you click on a company's row in the list, the system immediately loads the context of that organization. The application redirects to the Dashboard, and from that moment on, everything (automations, ad accounts, rules, reports) shows the selected client's data.
  3. Return: At the top of the list, always marked with a star (⭐) icon, you can find your own organization. Click it to switch back to your own account at any time.
