Organization, Team, and Billing
The Settings page is the administrative center of your organization. This page is accessible only to users with Owner and Admin roles.
Account vs. Organization: Note that this is not your personal profile! Your personal data (name, password, your own 2FA) can be found under Account Settings. The Settings page applies to the entire company, the subscription, and team members.
Organizational Basics
You can specify the company name and the system's default time zone (which affects reports and run schedules). The Owner can make 2FA (two-factor authentication) mandatory for all members of the organization here.
Team Management
On the Team tab, you can see members and pending invitations.
- Invitation: To add a new member, click the Invite Team Member button. Enter their name, email address, and role. The invitee receives a link by email to join.
- Permission Scoping: If you give someone a Restricted role, you must select in a dropdown exactly which ad accounts and data sources they can see. Their dashboard and reports will only show this data.
- Modifying and Removing: You can change someone's role at any time in the list (except the Owner's, which only another Owner can do), or remove them from the company.

Team members' permissions are determined by their role:

Billing, Payment, and Cancellation
(Only Owners can see this tab!)
Here you can manage the company's billing details, check your active plan, redeem coupons, and update the saved bank card (Stripe integration). Under the Payment History tab, you can download previous invoices.
Cancelling the subscription: If you cancel the subscription, it's not immediate: you have access to everything until the end of the paid cycle, after which the automations stop. Your account and data are retained, and you can reactivate them at any time later.
