Infinite∞Ad Overview
Infinite∞Ad is a Meta-based (Facebook and Instagram) advertising automation platform. Its purpose is to help advertisers, marketing teams, and agencies optimize their campaigns and operations through automations powered by AI-assisted features, minimizing manual work. The system continuously monitors fresh content and manages ads based on configured rule sets.
Main Modules
The following main features are accessible via the navigation bar:
- Dashboard: A dashboard summarizing the most important data for your account and campaigns.
- Automations: Create, manage, and track automations.
- Waiting List: List of automation activities awaiting human approval or intervention.
- Leads: Manage data received from Facebook Lead Generation forms.
- Posts: Browse posts from connected social media pages.
- Infinite∞Creator Lite: AI-based social media post generation.
- Report: Comprehensive campaign performance reports.
- Integrations: Connect Meta ad accounts and pages.
User Concept (Account vs. Organization)
Infinite∞Ad uses a team-based system. It is important to understand the difference between your personal account and an organization:
- Personal Account: Your own login credentials (email, password, 2FA). With one account, you can belong to multiple organizations.
- Organization (Company): The workspace to which ad accounts, automations, and the subscription belong. An organization can have multiple team members with different permissions (e.g., Owner, Admin, Viewer).
