Waiting List and Approvals
The Waiting List is the place where Infinite∞Ad stops and asks for a human decision. This is where posts and planned ads end up that the system did not launch immediately for some reason.
There are two main reasons why an item ends up on the Waiting List:
- Activity Management: You configured the automation yourself to not execute independently, and you want to see every ad launch/stop beforehand.
- AI Policy Check Rejection: Infinite∞Ai deemed the post's text or image risky or in violation of Meta's advertising policies, so it blocked automatic ad creation.
Decision Making: What Can Be Done with a Waiting Item?
In the list, you can see the post preview, the source, and the reason it ended up on the list for each row. By clicking the arrow, a detailed popup (Modal) opens where — in case of AI rejection — you can also read the artificial intelligence's exact reasoning.
Using the buttons, you can make the following decisions:
1. Approval (Accept)
Only appears for items waiting due to Activity Management. If you click it, the automation will execute the planned action (launch, scale, or stop the ad) within minutes.
2. Rejection
The planned activity (e.g., ad launch) is cancelled. The decision cannot be undone. The item is added to the history with "Rejected" status, and the automation will not handle it again.
3. Override (Override AI Decision)
This button is only available for items flagged by AI Policy Check. If you click it, you ignore the AI's warning and force the system to launch the ad.
Overriding the AI is risky. If the AI correctly identified the problem and the post genuinely violates Meta's policies, Meta's review algorithm will also reject the ad. Repeated violations can lead to an ad account ban. The system logs which team member made the override decision.
